A suspenseful saga set at the Kappa Omega fraternity's annual Halloween bash. The boys of KO are picked off one by one by an uninvited guest armed with a bottle of chloroform, several yards of rope and a very twisted imagination. Cole starts going after his former fraternity brothers one by one, starting with Matt. The unsuspecting cowboy gets conked out and roped up like a calf at the rodeo. After piercing Matt the cowboy with his own badge, then soaking him with an ice-cold shower, Cole moves on to a new victim - a naive young freshman. Someone should have taught this kid not to take drinks from strangers. The devious Cole has his poor freshman exposed and vulnerable, roped spread-eagle on a bed, and this particular freshman is extremely ticklish. Matt the cowboy, wearing only a towel, goes looking for payback but gets chloroformed again, then tied in a very embarrassing position with the ticklish freshman. Whilst trying, desperately, to get out of handcuffs, he realises that to get free he has to retrieve the key from inside his jockstrap. You do the math... Finally, poor Drew is left to take the blame from some frat boys looking for payback.
