Johnny gets his evil plan rolling with a phony message that lures Blackbird into a trap and an unconscious Kid Mercury is mummified with plastic and duct tape. Super speed is no use when you can't move a muscle! Blackbird is then roped up tight by Johnny Twilight's thugs, while Johnny himself injects Kid Mercury with an experimental drug designed to slow him down. The helpless Blackbird is tormented and fondled, then force-fed truth serum to make him reveal another hero's secret identity. Later, Johnny Twilight strikes at Power Boy in his secret identity, and the hero is forced to put himself at Johnny's mercy in order to save his best friend's life. With a rubber suit neutralizing his powers, and a gag neutralizing his mouth, Power Boy is helpless to stop Johnny Twilight from carrying out the next stage of his diabolical plan. Power Boy and Kid Mercury are chained back to back, and Johnny has put Power Boy's friend in a deadly trap. How can Power Boy save his friend without electrocuting his fellow hero? Blackbird manages to free himself and come to the rescue of his friends - but ends up in an even tighter spot. While a helpless Blackbird is auctioned off to the highest bidder, Power Boy and Kid Mercury race against the clock. Finally, the young heroes, with some unexpected help, free themselves and turn the tables on Johnny Twilight.  Running Time: 50 Minutes
